I previously wrote a high review regarding what I thought was professional service. I don t normally write reviews but since I did this time I needed to follow up. Isaacs came and accessed what needed to be done to correct an installation error, an area with heating concerns, cleaning of radiators and system. Met with a consultant later for options of the area with heating concerns. I was charged $89 that would be applied towards the work. Sounds great so far.
Now for the follow up:
I called Isaacs after deciding to get the work done and to order parts. I received a phone call back stating they will not warrant the work. What? Who wants to pay close to a $1000.00 worth of repair work with no warranty? I called and left a message to speak to a manager who did not return my call. It was after my father placed a call that I finally received a return call. I called right back and got the answering machine so I left another message asking for a call back and expressing my confusion. I have yet still to receive a call back. What a waste of my time and money! This is some kind of service!
