Was there for the Hillsdale College conference lunch and presentation. Normally a 5-star hotel but this time 3 stars because (1) conference room restrooms were difficult to find and down 3 flights of stairs, inaccessible to wheelchair bound people (no elevator) and (2) the conference room was very overrefrigirated cold and unpleasant. Cold lunch served was tasty, only 1 entree served. Efficient & responsive valet parking made it easy to arrive and depart. Good experience overall.
