While the services provided by the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (DoITT) are satisfactory overall, there is room for improvement. The team is responsive and professional, but there have been a few instances where the resolution process seemed delayed. However, they have taken steps to address these concerns, and I appreciate their efforts. I would recommend their services with the understanding that there might be occasional hiccups.
