I requested condo documents from David Bar a little before 5pm on a Monday afternoon; 5 minutes later I started receiving all the requested condo docs back from David.

Best part was that there was no upfront fee to complete a lengthy Condo Questionnaire/Certification for a purchase; when most management companies charge between $150.00 to $250.00 plus rush fees. I was really impressed.
