This is the worst Mercedes dealership I have ever been to. The service was horrendous. My car broke down and had to be towed and it sat on the lot there for four days without anyone looking at it. After speaking to the service manager, Todd Banks, who couldn't commit to when my car would be looked at after four days, I had it towed to the Mercedes of Palm Beachs who took it right in that same day. Poor service department with a very poor service manager . If I had the option to give it no stars I would . BEWARE!!!

August 6, 2020 went to this Mercedes dealership with a flat tire. After purchasing a new tire I asked that they sanitize the front seat of my car because there was no plastic or paper put down and they told me it would be a $30 charge. Mercedes advertises that they sanitize your car and encourage people to bring their car in for service but neglected to inform the customers that it cost $30 to sanitize. After speaking with the manager he agreed to clean just the driver side in which it was done very unprofessional Buy two of the young greeters that definitely need more training in customer service department. I will never service my vehicle there again! Delray Mercedes put them to shame. Shame on you Pompano and Mercedes!
