There is no zero star as the place is total chaos, we went there today with 4 kids all 7 and under the staff were so unhappy, they did not engage with the kids and the whole 4 hours consists of queues. We went to do the shop activity lined the kids up we were told adults must stand aside as they let our group in, the youngest 4 year old was left out. She wondered off not knowing why her cousins went in and she had to wait absolutely disgusting. Massive disappointment as we had high expectations having visited Kidzania in Dubai this did not compare. 4 hours in this place is not enough as everyone is trying to do as must as they can and are far too stressed. Fully aware at peek times it will be busier however the staffing levels were not adaquate, eg we did the misson wrap activity there was only 1 staff in there he'll do 1 activity it takes 20 mins, then he needs another 20 mins to set up for the next group, even the kids worked out he needed a helper. Is it that difficult????? While they are doing the packaging the helper can clean the bench. A business like this should staff accordingly during peak times it obviously going to be busy offer overtime, take on temps etc thats what retail stores to during Christmas. The whole 4 hours were an absolute joke. CEO EDDIE KEMSLEY send the London team to Dubai to see what service is as London Kidzania is a disgrace.
