I have been trying for a week to get Megan Reid from the BBB to call me back about an issue with complaint that was left for our company and I have yet to receive a call back or a return email. She apparently is the person that is in charge of handling my type of problem, so no one else can help me. I have sent her 2 emails and left her 3 voicemails, but I have yet to hear a peep from her. I spoke with another customer service rep (who couldn't help me) and they gave me her back up person's info, so I called and it went straight to voicemail. Pretty hilarious that I'm having major customer service issues with the BBB. You can't make that up.
