First time I've ever taken one of our cars here an...

First time I've ever taken one of our cars here and had to bring it home with one issue unresolved. It's extremely minor - the light on my shift box stays lit on N for neutral all the time now as of a couple weeks ago. But the car is only 3 yrs. old and I don't expect Hondas to have any quality issues until 100k miles, and I tend to keep my cars well beyond that. No one could explain why they couldn't find out what was wrong and the fact they were one staffer short that day also seemed evident.

The man who helped me said he'd get back to me when I called around 2pm to see if I could pick up my car, but he never did. I got a ride there later and found him deeply engaged with learning how to overcome some computer issue with a lady who was coaching him. Both ignored me while I stood at his counter for a good 5+ minutes, which also never used to happen. When I told him who I was and why I was there he obviously had forgotten all about me and had to go ask if my car was ready.

I like this dealership better than many I've had to use over the years but they've never seemed to really recover from the massive shifting of experienced employees over to their Ford dealership a couple years ago. Things just don't seem to run as smoothly.
