I'm giving my experience for this service centre situated in Malad .
I have been givibg my car from 2009 to this servic centre and i used to notice like little things were not solved but i used to ignore them, but this people sitting there in service centre crosses the limit. Firstly they call me that the car has to be given in service centre as the dates are near so i gave my car.
Everything was nic and good untill my car arrive.
I opted for pick up and drop facility. There representative took the car and drop it back .
I told the major issue in car and ehen the car came back many issue we're not solved.
Ans when i told the service representative that i will post this on sicial media the lakozy people called me twice.
I guess that they should understand that it takes a lit of effort to purchase a car and maintain it.nothing is for free.I will recommend you to opt other service centre of toyota.it will be a struggle but at the same time u will realize that its worth.
They have decreased the satisfaction to 0.
