Staff members were very helpful however in general, there are things that needs improving. The entrance to the hotel is extremely confusing and seems disadvantaged guests. The hotel isn't very generous with providing enough services and facility such as tea, sugar etc. For the rate we paid, there should at least fresh milk in the fridge and in the breakfast area. Have to sign a form for ONE extra towel??!
The hotel environment is great though. Its located s in the Ancol area and so you can maximise your time to play in places like Dufan, SeaWorld etc.
