I paid insurance fee, but they didn't help me to check my status and my documents. They didn't help me to enroll insurance until the very last week I found this problem. I was trying to talk to them to extend or get The refund, but they didn't do that which means I waste my whole insurance money (insurance is expensive). I'm so disappointed. I am really disappointed with this school. Once there is a problem, there is almost no ability to solve the problem. I paid thousands of dollars in insurance fees. When I used insurance, the insurance company told me that the school did not pay for the insurance. The school did not check the information with me. In the last week, the school paid the insurance fee, but only a few days left, how can I use it? Now the attitude of the school is not refunding money, nor is it extended.
