I am struggling to understand what happened here b...

I am struggling to understand what happened here because when my 95 year old grandmother - called her PCP to make an appointment - after a terrible fall - no one called her back. The PCP or PCP company instead recommended Doctors on Call - OR it seems he has merged with them. NO ONE called her back - although she called 4 times. Her alignments went untreated. When I found her in compromised state, I immediately called the PCP to be referred to Doctors on Call. After a half hr wait they arranged for a doctor to come in TEN days time. When we threatened a law suit a doctor showed up that day. Cannot speak to the level of the doctors but the organization seems beyond repair.
