Brian Fockler of the Rhyan Finch Real Estate Team was extremely helpful as our Buyer s Agent. I couldn t have asked for more from him. He made himself available for viewings, accommodating both mine and my wife s busy schedules in the Navy. He was willing to meet up late in the evenings, and even on weekends whatever it took to get the job done! He responded very quickly to our concerns and phone calls/texts/emails. His level of knowledge of the market in the Hampton Roads area around Virginia Beach and Norfolk is very high, especially since he is a Virginia Beach native and also lived in Norfolk for several years. He also has vast knowledge of and experience renovating homes and making repairs, which was helpful for the particular home we purchased. He is always dressed professionally, however that never stopped him from getting his hands dirty and making sure the houses we took a look at had no hidden issues in damp basements, crawl spaces, or attics. He also has a great network of professionals within the Real Estate business, including fellow agents, contractors, inspectors, title companies, and loan companies. We couldn t be more pleased working with Brian, and were pleasantly surprised with how knowledgeable and straight-forward he was! He is not the kind of agent who is motivated only by commission. He truly had our best interests in mind while helping us find our home. We HIGHLY recommend Brian for anyone looking for a home in the Virginia Beach and surrounding areas!
