My vehicle was in for a service and MOT, the staff were good in communication, however; I was surprised that Mercedes offering a premium product and service would charge me for a courtesy car (something I never had to do when I owned a ford), and the state of the courtesy car was pretty bad, it was filthy and covered in bird droppings, which I felt even with staff on furlough being unable to provide a wash and vac service was not appropriate, given that this vehicle is supposed to represent your brand and showed little in the way of pride.
I was also not very happy to discover a large bird dropping on my front windscreen which was not there when I delivered the car, and it took my raising it as an issue to have it removed.
