When we first moved to this side of town this was the best place to order from. Everything was great... the last 4 times we've ordered, the order was wrong or so, so very burned (not a bit overdone,
But actual black, hard as a rock, charcoal the dog even refused eat) we couldn't eat it. Too burned to even eat around it. The staff was rude. Something has gone horribly wrong in the last year. We don't even consider it as an option anymore, which makes us sad because we still crave the food they used to have. The delivery driver is always very nice and their only remaining redeeming quality. It is such a shame that there is no quality control anymore. We honestly can't see how they could have remotely thought the food they sent us was ok. Which, along with the rudeness, leads us to believe they just don't care anymore. It is such a bummer.
