I don't normally go online to write reviews or rate the service I receive, however,, I recently purchased a new SUV from Southgate Volkswagen and feel I absolutely need to share my experience.
This would be my 3rd vehicle purchase I have made on my own and sometimes felt being a woman I had been talked down to or taken advantage of in some ways. (Because of my lack of knowledge of vehicles)

I walked into the showroom and was a little bit unsure and nervous, I was approached immediately by a sales person.. Jim Nourry! He offered me a coffee, we sat down and I explained what I was looking for! He immediately offered me 3 choices to correspond with what my needs in a vehicle were! A few test drives, and A LOT of questions later,,(In which Jim very patiently and politely answered for me) I fell in love with one of my 3 options. Jim made it so easy for me to choose,, there was nothing wrong with the other 2 vehicles but the one I chose was best suited for me and my family!! After I made my decision, I was sent to the business office, there again greeted and made extremely comfortable! While the man had to leave the office to retrieve some paperwork,, I was approached again by one of the managers just to see if I was ok or may have needed anything!!
In my past experiences in buying a car, I have never been made to feel like they really cared!! They really wanted me to have a vehicle that "I" wanted!! No pressure to overspend,, Thank you Jim and the rest of the fantastic delightful, helpful team at Southgate Volkswagen!! You made buying a new car feel like it was the right thing to do!!
