Hotel lovely, food lovely, clean excellent, people were brilliant, we met some lovely members of your staff, nothing was a problem, they are helpful happy and customer service was great, my only (if you can call it a complaint) was my bed and pillows were so so hard, but I could have asked for a softer pillow, which I noticed in your book had I read it before, would I stay again YES, would I recommend your hotel YES thank you for a nice stay
