The absolute worst. Watching my mother go through so much stress dealing with this company. The adjuster D. Kaiser never kept my mother informed on the claim and I have a suspicion that the construction company has ties to the insurance company even though they go out of their way to claim otherwise. Very unethical practices and just overall horrible customer service. No respect. The worst.
