Disgusting customer service for Air-conditions.
I have been customer of Leroy Merlin for years, and spent there tens of thousands through this years.
recently I bought from Leroy 3 airconditions Aqua. few days after installation non of them is working properly. Their technician was supposed to come within 4 days, but he came after 12 days ( i called them 15 times during this period). He didn't fix non of the air-conditioning units and when leaving said the shop will contact me the next working day. As always they never contacted me back. When I called them they sent me an email stating that There was no gas in the Airconditions and I didn't allow them to refill it.
So: the new air-condition units are not working, I paid them second time to send a technician, but didn't allow him to fix them))).... ridiculous people... Now we have to sleep in a cold room because of their unprofessional approach.
