I was very skeptical when they came to my door because of the prevalence of door to door scams, but listened anyway. I had A LOT of questions and researched the company reviews. After discussing the pros and cons with my husband, we decided to give AMP Smart a try. The installed equipment is good quality, the service employees are kind, knowledgeable and respectful and we were armed the very same night with minimal dust and drilling. It's way too early to give a thorough review, but we think this company is legit and the high tech security pad is easy to use and there is a smartphone app to use also. More to come later as we have more time to experience the service, customer service and billing process.
UPDATE 10/3/18: We still love the service! Customer service is prompt. It was easy to assign a temporary code for our housesitter and was user friendly for her. I like how it reminds you through an app on your phone to turn the alarm on for the night. You forgot to turn your alarm on when you left for the store? No worries. Just arm it from wherever you are. We highly recommend AMP.
