I have stayed in many hotels and have never had issues. That being said I have even had better hospitality in a Motel 8. This hotel is supposed to be a 4 star high quality hotel. That is wrong. The room I booked had detailed information such as the size of the room. I get to the hotel I check in, nothing is said to me I go on my way to my room. I get to my room and instantly feel I m in a hostil. The room is so small that the bathroom door if opened touched the wall on the other side. I call down and ask what style room I am in and when told I state this is not the room I ordered. The response given was I got a bigger bed. I had stated no I do not want this room I want the one I paid for. At the same exact time my boyfriend who also felt robbed was in the lobby asking for our room that we are not in what we reserved. We are told that we can either leave the hotel (no refund) or take the room we ordered but with two double beds not a queen. After arguing for some time we FINALLY get the room we RESERVED. This should HAVE NEVER been an issue. To me they put me in a smaller room to upgrade someone else and get more money. They were trying to rob us blind and act stupid. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN WORST SERVICE EVER FOR EVERY ASPECT A HOTEL CAN OFFER. They don t even deserve one star after all we experienced that I don t have enough room I could write down. I could honestly write a book on how bad this hotel is. I DO NOT SUGGEST STAYING HERE TO ANYONE.
