I love my car. However I am very unsatisfied with alex who helped us. He was late to the appointment. Took a phone call well I was out test driving so we had to wait another 20 minute for him to get off the phone when we got back. Then he went and got eveything ready for me to take the car and he went and helped another customer. So we ended up waiting again for him to come back. He also made some rude comments towards me and my friend that definitely stuck with us both. I get it times are busy, but he made us feel like we were not welcomed, and he had better stuff to be doing. I had to contact him after regarding my code on my door. And he never got back to me, I then sent another message and he told me I have to go to a ford dealership. I just felt like I spend alot of money and didnt get the experience I was expecting.
