this is to the owner of Compton's.. i have been running a highly successful restaurant for years now in the area,, I also do reviews for a local paper on various places of business. i will be stopping in your place today but you will not know or see this till after the fact.

Fro what i have read and learned so far is that Comps could be a diamond in the ruff or be thrown away due to you and your hostess (your wife i believe)..

No ! place or staff are perfect, but all you do is make up excuses and defend your wife,, as a customer i would be more willing to give you a second chance if you were to say something like "" Sir, i am sorry we are have a busy ruff day and some mistakes have been made, but i can assure you this is not our normal and our staff will be talked too and if need be further training or replacement "" and also i didnt see once were you offered a discount to really upset customers to have them come back..customers are what pay your bills, you want to gain them and then keep them starting with word of mouth then the eating experience.

just a thought,, its ok to be wrong and have a bad day,,,,just not every day
