The install of our system went very well. We were approved by SCE within a couple days of approval by the city/county or whomever approves these systems. That was march 28. The system has been down more than it is up and there is some response fromSmart Energy but no solutions. The supposed owner is Leo Bautista. They say his voice mail isn't updated yet so you get "permitting". Of course he has never returned a call. It is really unfortunate that a project that started out so well has spiraled into a complete mess.
