Attorney Peirce handled a property assessment appeal for me last spring. From the first contact I made with the firm (via email) I was pleased with the efficient professionalism of the staff.

Most of the interactions were handled via email, though I did speak to Attorney Pierce over the phone as needed. I had researched neighboring properties and provided that information as I would clearly be more familiar with my area than he.

If he had not succeeded, I would not have been charged. However, he was more successful than I could have hoped...the assessment was lowered to less than it had been before the increase. And I was given a discount on his fee by paying in a lump sum. I could not have been more pleased.
