I recently purchased a used car from Andy Mohr and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. I was able to immediately test drive the vehicle I had my eyes on. I have good credit and they were still able to find me better financing than I would have been able to get on my own. The whole process took less than 90 minutes from start to driving off in my new to me car. But what impressed me the most was what happened after my purchase. 15 minutes into my drive home the clutch went in my car, keep in mind I did not purchase a warranty and purchased the vehicle "as is". I called my sales associate Kelsea Roberts hoping I could get it in for service ASAP. They immediately sent a tow truck to pick it up and proceeded to fix the issue for FREE. I estimate the cost of all this to be just north of $1,500 on a $7,000 vehicle that I doubt they made much profit on as it was. These guys and gals really care and it shows. It's not about the money at Andy Mohr it's about the people, and they just got themselves a satisfied repeat customer! Highly recommend by me!
