I called Matrix Remediation for Mould that I found in my basement. I called a few companies. Matrix was the first to come and provide the most competitive quote. Both Vince and Jon were extremely responsive and provided a detailed & professional quote. Nawaz and Phamy arrived the next day. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They searched for the cause of the mould and concluded that the source of the mould was due to a water leak from the water tank (which I replaced two weeks prior to their arrival). They handled all the hazardous material carefully and safely. They built a proper containment and used all the machinery required. They were suited and wore all the proper protective gear. When they completed the job, the place was left spotless. Following the remediation crew, the reconstruction crew followed. The level of finishing was very high and the individuals attended my home came on time and were clean and polite. I would definitely recommend Matrix Remediation to anyone who requires mould and/ or water damage cleanup.
