I gave this only 2-stars....but for a good, legitimate and fair reason! There were five of us who went here for dinner. (3 adults & 2 children; about 6:50pm when we arrived on a weekday). First off, from the time the server took our order until the food arrived it was.....40 minutes!!! I timed it; because having been a server, I was curious how good the service would be. Secondly.....not ONCE duri g our whole meal did the server come over and ask us how is everything nor offer to refill our drinks! Really?! The food was average.

After dinner one of the adults walked over to a woman and asked if she was a manager; and if so...we would like to speak with her for a minute. She said she was a manager but was too busy to talk. So I found another woman and asked if she was a manager; she said yes. "Who is the general manager or main manager over this restaurant?", I asked. She told me there isn't one. She said there are just managers that equally share the managing of the place.
I explained how bad our service was and told her they really should do something for us to compensate for this as well as they really need to improve the service here. They comped us the kids meals but never came over to talk with us and apologize!

Really.....seriously?!!! Who in the world owns Chevys and/or this particular Chevys?!! Come on....I mean this is NOT the only restaurant in this area. Don't the owners know that first impressions are lasting ones?! I will NEVER come here again!
