I first came here in 2015 to get a pair of glasses. I brought my prescription with me. Now in 2018, I decided I needed a new eye doctor so I went to Dr. Tim Birtwhistle. I very much enjoyed my eye doctor visit. The person who checked me in was efficient, professional, and easy to have a discussion with. She took the time to understand my questions and talked to me without distraction.

The tech who gave me the initial part of the exam also was not distracted and explained everything to me that was happening. She was very personable and a pleasure to be around.

Dr. Birtwhistle explained everything I was seeing (and not seeing) to me along with excellent explanations on why. He, like the others, made it clear that I was his top priority while we were together. I had questions, he listened and answered them all.

After the exam, I purchased new glasses and the good experience continued. The people helping me with the glasses were not pushy at all. They let me take my time in finding the glasses I wanted (it turned out that the ones they initially picked out were my favorite).

I felt welcome. Everyone there helped, did their job very well and were all very intelligent, professional, and friendly.

I would recommend this location to others (I already did)!

PS - I especially like the machine that makes it possible to not get my eyes dilated!
