It's been 20 days q I made a request to enlurb prune a tree in front of my house and q is already reaching the other side of the street at the risk of it falling over my house, especially with these rains q are falling in Recife. Another aggravating factor is that inside the tree passes wires from several houses and a high voltage one, when a truck passes, it leaves dragging the branches at the risk of breaking the wires.
I called again and the attendant told me that it was scheduled for about 13 days ahead. I don't know what to do.
