Brian B. came out to my house on time. Did a great job in explaining the issue with the inside & outside units as to why my unit shutoff. Had no ac for 24hrs, not too bad could have been longer. Explained & showed me the parts that needed to be replaced, verifying how they no longer worked.

I'm now a member & will continue using Jon Wayne to service my unit.
