The complex is very nice and close to the water. Unfortunately, the houses have gotten a bit old and sometimes neglected. For this condition the price is clearly too high.
Before booking you should take a look at the premises.
The staff of the restaurant is overwhelmed with the number of visitors (we waited thirty minutes at the last try, were ignored by the staff and then left), but the food is adequate for this price.
Overall (service and condition) therefore only three stars.
