Rooms are clean and adequate. Had to be moved in the middle of the night because of broken A/C. Had to contact front desk multiple times to fix our keycards. When we were told them we were inconvenienced with everything, none of the staff seemed concerned or offered solutions. Pools are also gross and kinda outdated. Definitely will be choosing a different hotel next time we come to the beach. But hey it's close to the beach at least!
