Tried to get 2 keys cut and programmed. After being told 3 times how much programming and cutting is (which I knew from a phone call I had made prior to going), I was then told they dint have time to do it. I was there at 5:30 and their hours are until 6:00, however their clain was that with the rush of a crowd and short staff they couldn't do it. There was absolute no one else in the store and the programmer was standing right there saying he was leaving in 3 minutes. Apparently no one there works until close. Tried to keep my business local but apparently its not wanted or needed enough to stay until close. Many other locksmiths available that won't be so willing to turn customers away without a care.
