I visited two Goodwill sites this morning with a car full of donations each time. At the first site on NE 22nd and Sandy, two men came immediately out and unloaded my car for me and offered me a receipt. At the second site on SE 6th, I drove into the drive through and waited about ten minutes for someone to come out. When the man came out, he did not help me unload the car, even when I asked. The bins were very full and I had to toss the heavy bags up by myself. The last item was a large and heavy box of dishes. When I told him that I couldn't lift the box and supposed I would have to take the box back with me, he picked it up. I am 74 years old and I was disappointed that this man couldn't lift a finger to help me! He was in his 50's with a goatee. I couldn't read his name tag, but he was a poor representative of Goodwill. The guys in NE Portland were great, though.
