Annoyed after over 5 visits to US Agencies, to the DMV and another insurance company to prove there were never an accident on my record. This company refused several doc they instructed me to retreivel ( with costs).It is obvious they do not keep proper records. How can I have an accident with a car I've never co-owned with someone I never met during a period I was living out of state?
