I traded a Lexus and brought a certified pre-owned Lexus. From the first phone conversation with Mark Green, my sales associate, I felt listened to and well taken care of. I would encourage anyone considering a Lexus to shop Northwest Lexus and ask especially for Mark Green. I must admit, all the people I interacted with were professional and kind. Wonderful costumer service. I am enjoying my new Lexus.
