Stayed in this hotel over the weekend for my boyfriends birthday/our anniversary.
The staff made this place for me. Super friendly and polite. The spa was great and we both had wonderful treatments, the whole experience was very relaxing.
I was a little disappointed with our room, we seemed to be in the attic with two tiny skylights (which didn't have any blinds so we were woken up at 5am by the sunlight). From the outside I couldn't see that there were any other rooms with these tiny windows so I think we got the short straw. Otherwise the room itself was lovely! Just a shame not to have a view making it a bit claustrophic.
The brasserie for the evening meal was great- fab service, tasty food and good portion sizes.

Overall a lovely weekend- just a couple of bits that could have made the experience 5 star especially as we were away for a special occasion.
