Its impossible to ever talk with someone in medical records.
The alternative is a recording which may never result in a response.
This is a problem of competence in senior management which reflects on the dept.
The problems with dysfunctional hospitals and labs can always be traced back to inept and incompetent managers.

The answer is to go to a better hospital, which doesn't exist is SC.
Therefore were stuck with this.
