Good afternoon, I am going to tell my experience at the Mencey hotel with one of the services they offer, specifically they gave me a massage with a price of 82 euros each - 55 minutes, nothing more and nothing less, and I went to give it to myself partner. Neither I nor my partner remembered the duration of the massage but I did notice that we started about 6 - 7 minutes later than the time we took. When I looked at the cell phone at the end, there were 6 minutes left until the end of the hour (which we confirmed by looking at the brochure when we finished the massage to know how many minutes it was), I mean that on top of that they started later, they finished earlier and what annoys me is that a Massage so expensive (82e per person) I do not ask that they stay longer than the duration of the massage, obviously, but also not less because between those that started later and ended earlier there were almost 15 minutes less massage.
