Just got a tattoo there with a friend. They were supposed to match. They don't. I went second and chad had booked three walk ins after our appointment even though it was 45 minutes to close when he "finished" mine. I pointed out it wasn't finished and didn't match mt friends and he said it was the lighting. I pointed out we were from Canada and it wasn't easy to get back. He said it was fine. Hers was wrapped already. Got home and washed off and it was so clear hers was amazing and mine was not. Contacted the shop and they said they would get back to me. Waited a few days. Asked again. Chad lied and said he contacted me and dealt with it. He didn't. Now I'm a Canadian w a non matching tattoo and an awful experience. Highly DONT recommend.

The shop insisted that nothing was wrong and feet tattoos just fade anyways. I have a 12 year old damn near perfect foot tattoo on the other side. Get it done right, don't go to the shop of excuses!!!!
