Same as most people, I received a notice in the mail that this creditor has sent me to collections. I never received the statements that I owed them a balance but I did from the UofU as I received my service from the UofU. When I called to see who they were and what was going on, they asked me to verify patient information which on their end was incorrect so they were unable to help me. The rep I talked to then left me on hold after he said he was going to see what he could do. If so many people are having the same problems with your company National DME, than you should probably fix your process. P.S. I'm writing while I am on hold with you.
Update: The guy eventually did come back and told me he updated the patient info, remove the account from collections and resubmit to insurance. the process was upsetting but was resolved so thank you.
