I am giving Hagerstown Ford 5 stars based on the salesperson I dealt with. Becca was very patient as I bounced back and forth deciding whether or not to look at a truck, let alone buy one. At no point did she attempt to pressure me into anything. The night I arrived to look at the truck, it was pouring. She offered for me to come back, but went out in the deluge with me. She gave me plenty of time to look over the truck. She let me test drive as far as I wanted to drive in the rain. The rest of the process was pretty standard for dealerships. Typical price haggling. Attentive staff, who stayed after hours to complete sale. Becca, then went out in the rain and transferred my tags to my new F450. She made all the difference in my purchase and experience.
