I had already signed up to two recruitment agencies when I came across perfect placement. Initially I was dealing with Charlotte who was extremely polite & professional. Once signed up she said that she would immediately start looking. Within a few days I received a call from the lovely Annalise & what a fantastic person she is. I've told her that she's my new bestie (lol) She informed me of a position which was close to me. Annalise organised everything from sending my cv to the employer to arranging the appointment. She kept me updated with every detail, she even put my mind at rest when I couldn't find my drivers licence. Long story short within a week I was offered the position. Annalise made the whole process stress free. She was there for any concerns that I had & made sure that I was happy with all aspects of the job. All I can say is Wow, she is an absolute credit to your company & deserves complete recognition for her exceptional customer service.
