Do yourself a favour. Try everything to avoid this place. First of all, the pricing is ridiculous. I got no choice cuz SFU exclusively works with this place for all the convo. IDK what kind of deal they have between them (shame on SFU school board). Secondly, they avoid being clear about their charge. They present you this confusing system (made to confuse you I believe) upon choosing your photos. You wouldn't know their hideous pricing till days later.
I seriously feel I got ripped off. A feeling I hadn't had for years.
Stay mentally healthy. Stay away from Artona

Just replying to bad reviews to show that you are trying is not the way to go. How about you make some real changes. In many replies you make it seem like there's nothing wrong with how you do business and it is us that don't understand or did not know about something. Seriously? Don't you see your rating? (2.6 stars is way higher than what you deserve. probably thanks to some suspicious 5 star ratings)
