My recent experience was horrible, even being a loyal customer for 4 years. Staff at service center is very rude and use age and gender discriminative terms with customer. My tire pressure sensor with full battery was disabled by them to charge whopping 1000 dollars for replacement. I took it to another Toyota and was told it's still working. Avoid as much as you can!
