We have an elderly parent who has lived in Holt Hall for the past two years, and we have always found the management prompt and professional in its response to all our needs. With the current Covid-19 lockdown, the property manager Kathi in particular has gone above and beyond in looking after the safety and well-being of our parent. We are ever so grateful for the human kindness of this establishment and would recommend it to others.
