I had a horrible experience with managers at group sales. The managers Steve Gentile (he wasn t very gentile) and Janine yelled at and interrupted me. They wouldn t let me finish what I was saying regarding a conversation I had with one of their employees that day before who had advised me to go to the main office and make a request for my bracelets to be reprinted since I had lost them. I had proof of purchase and they would not give me a new bracelet so my children and I missed out. My children were very disappointed. They cried and no one seemed to care. Steve was very harsh. I will not be going back.
