I would recommend Kevin McGarry to anyone facing any type of traffic ticket. I was ticketed for speeding in a work zone. I contacted Kevin and he explained the process to me and we were able to handle all of the paperwork over email. I was hoping to get it reduced to a no point violation as I had a clean record up until now. The first round of negotiation only got it down to a 3 point violation. I expressed that I wasn't happy with this outcome and Kevin offered to make an appearance on my behalf for no charge to further negotiate my case. I completed a defensive driving course at the request of the prosecutor and in the end Kevin got my 4 point speeding in a work zone ticket reduced to a no point parking ticket. He saved me points on my license, hundreds of dollars in fines, and my driving abstract remains clean. I am grateful that I hired him to handle this matter for me and am truly pleased with how I was treated.
