I've run Google searches for Sticky Toffee Pudding with minimal results in the Denver area. I came across this place. Upscale, hipster, fine dining. When I dug a little deeper, and called to talk to a hostess there, I found out that the STP was actually featured on Food Network's "The Best Thing I Ever Ate". My wife & I had to try it out. It was a very generous portion for $8 and the pot of French Press Kona coffee was only $4. I was really impressed that while Colt & Gray has dinner plates that I'd have to finance, they were very smart about how they priced things that don't have to come with a contract. Pricing aside, the dessert and coffee were super tasty and we left with big smiles on our faces. We showed up in jeans on a slow night and didn't feel out of place, it was very comfortable. The bartender was very personable. All in all, we definitely agreed that we'd be back, especially to check out the bar downstairs that also offers the Sticky Toffee Pudding!
